Who We Share Your Data With
Our Caregiver Recruitment Tool and website follows the same privacy practices as the Venture Forthe Notice of Privacy Practices for all clients of our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). The information maintained by our Recruitment Tool is used for the purpose of providing that service to you.
Disclosures of this information are only made upon your request and consent, for the provision of providing you with the Caregiver Recruitment Tool service, to run the CDPAP Recruitment Tool, for internal research and analytics, to comply with the law, to respond to legal actions, for the purpose of assisting with public health and safety concerns, and where otherwise required by CDPAP regulations, state or federal law, or as required by a court of law.
Other information maintained by our website, such as the data from website visitors that comment or submit a form on our website, is not released without the consent of the visitor, or where required for regulatory, legal or security compliance.
How Long We Store Your Data
For users with a Caregiver Recruitment Tool account, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile necessary to provide the Recruitment Tool service. Most information can be viewed and edited by the user. Certain Venture Forthe CDPAP staff and administrators can also see and edit that information. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Anonymous analytics data is stored by Google Analytics for up to six months.
Your Rights Over Your Data
If you have an account on our Recruitment Tool, or have left comments on our website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we modify or erase any personal data we hold about you, with some limitations. You may ask for us to remove any data stored on our website or in our Recruitment Tool at any time.
When we process data deletion requests, we will retain any information we are required to maintain by internal policy, regulation, state or federal law. Any publicly available information, such as comments and their associated metadata, will be anonymized when a deletion request is processed. This does not include any data we are required to keep for regulatory, legal or security purposes.
You may ask to withdrawal from our Caregiver Recruitment Tool, to have your data exported or to have your data removed at any time by submitting a Help Request or by calling (800) 963-9094 x994.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Our website utilizes Google Analytics to monitor website and marketing campaign performance, user experience and web traffic analysis. We also use Meta Pixel to monitor our Facebook Ad campaign performance and conversions. No personally identifiable information is sent to these services from our website and any information that is transmitted is anonymized, and cannot be tracked back to you. Facebook Meta Pixel may utilize cookies from their own website to report on interactions of their users on specific pages on our website related to our Facebook Ad campaigns. We also utilize a fraud and spam detection service to protect all user data and information submitted to us electronically to prevent malicious, fraudulent and abusive activity on our website. All visitor comments are checked through an automated spam detection system.
