Am I required to ask for access in order to use the Personal Assistant List?
Nope, using our Recruitment Tool is completely optional! You can have access to our Personal Assistant List without using the Caregiver Recruitment Tool.
What is required to sign up for access?
All you are required to do is complete our quick form, have an email address, and have a PA List Consent and Acknowledgement that has been signed in the last year on file with us. Don’t worry if you do not have or are not sure if there is one on file, we will check when we are reviewing your access request. We will touch base with your CDPAP Coordinator if you do not have a current consent on file and they will reach out to you directly.
What if I forget my login information?
No worries! If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset by clicking here. In case that does not work, you can call (800) 963-9094 x[ext] and we will get your password reset. If you have forgotten your username, please send us a message and we will get you all squared away and back into the Recruitment Tool.
